Understanding People Makes Good Work!, Talking with Sukhita Karthi

Since her designs are based on humans, Sukhita Karthi has to understand humans more than anyone else. She is a product designer who has to observe ways of life and humanity in order to design something or solve some kind of product problems.

 

In episode 4 of In The Name of Work, Parit ‘Itim’ Wacharasindhu talks with Sukhita about her work which includes understanding people’s behaviour, digging through their mind, and using the  observation skill which helps her with her work countless times. All of these contribute to her understanding of other people’s lives and help her design things that satisfy humans. For her, this is an effective way to work with humans.
